Kelly believes God made us connected and that our approach to wellness should be the same. That’s why Kelly focuses on three areas: your body, your diet and your mind.

Kelly develops a fitness plan based on cardio and strength that’s tailored to you, adjusting it as he learns how your body reacts over time.

But fitness is not the only factor in total health. Your diet is key. Nourishing your body with the right nutrients complements and even enhances your fitness efforts.

When you feel good, strong and healthy, you’re more confident and energetic. And when you have a trainer who propels you with positivity and knowledge, it’s a full circle of lifestyle change that you can truly sustain.

Kelly Frantz brings over 12 years of experience to his clients. He fell in love with the idea of a fitness career while at the University of Louisville. There he received a degree in Health and Human Performance. Kelly then pursued his WITS (World Instructor Training School) Certification. After training for years, he decided it was time to offer clients his own combination of diet and fitness philosophy. 

Kelly pursues healthy challenges every day in his career and in his personal life, too. He’s completed the 51/50 Ironman, and many triathalons, including 3 Olympic length triathalons, the Offroad XTERRA and many more.
